During the Wikipolis festival, from 05 to 11 March, we had the pleasure of welcoming Joan and Teo, two photographers from Barcelona from Mescladis association.
During the week, the photographer Joan Tomas and his partner Teo have met the inhabitants of the city of Colomiers. Equipped with a camera, a tripod and a mysterious cardboard box, Joan Tomas moved through the unusual places of the city to draw the portrait of the columérins.
This famous technique of Encajados pleased a lot to the many passers-by who played the game and took the pose by putting their heads in its small box.
If you have participated in this experiment or if you are simply curious to see the result, a huge photomaton will take place in the streets of Colomiers next June. The opportunity to discover the eclecticism of the city and its inhabitants…
